Yolanda FAE

               

 

Yolanda FAE was born in Zurich Switzerland .

 

She spent the first 9 years of her life in Mexico City and afterwards lived in Lima Peru, where she finished her studies in both of the respective Swiss schools on both countries.

 

In the year 1976, just before she was 18 years old she traveled to Switzerland where she finished the bachelor studies at the private institute of Pedagogy and art, KGS at Ebnat Kappel Switzerland, this enabled her to discover and develop multiple artistic techniques. Later on she decided to develop herself to child education for 5 years.

 

Her creative needs took her to study in the international school ”ICC” for consultants on Color, Image and style in Zurich, Switzerland; and. She majored in make up in the Fernand Aubry School in Paris, France, and also in theater make up in the Erich Sporri School in Zurich Switzerland. During the following12 years she performed as specialist in chromatics.

 

Meanwhile she also painted on silk, created collages and discovered macro photography as manifestation of her art.

 

In the fall of 2002 she got established in Miami and very soon after, she decided to devote herself completely in to art.

 

She entered the Art Complex “Bakehouse” after receiving the approval of her works before a jury. This gave her a new opportunity to participate in different collective as also solo shows in the USA.

 

In October 2007, she once again moved to Peru, where she installed her studio in Lima and has the possibility to work creative and intensively as also to continue developing her self in the field of arts. Scince then she has had many importante solo shows in the prestiogus Museun Pedro de Osma. In 2010 she has also participated in Casa Cor Peru, where she  received the award of the edgiest space. Today she has a permanent show in the main local of the Swiss Club in Miraflores Lima Perú.

 

 

Los primeros años de su vida los pasó en México D.F. y posteriormente vivió en Lima, Perú efectuando sus estudios en los respectivos colegios suizos de cada país. A los 18 años retornó a Suiza obteniendo su bachillerato en el instituto privado de arte y pedagogía “KGS” en Ebnat Kappel, donde estudió y adquirió un vasto conocimiento en diversas técnicas de arte manual y pintura.

Sus intereses artísticos la llevaron a graduarse en la escuela internacional de Consultores en Color, imagen y estilo (International Color Consultants) ICC donde recibió su diploma de “Asesora de Imagen”. Luego, en la escuela “Fernand Aubry” de Paris termina sus estudios de “Visagiste” perfeccionándose finalmente en maquillaje para teatro en la escuela “Erich Spörri” en Zürich. Con todos estos conocimientos, Yolanda es contratada por importantes empresas suizas dedicadas a la moda y la comercialización.

Paralelamente continúa pintando, desarrollando sus collages y la macrofotografía como manifestación integral de su arte. En el año 2001 el destino la lleva a Miami, EE.UU. donde su sueño de dedicarse exclusivamente al arte se hace realidad. Integra el “Bakehouse Art Complex” luego de ser evaluada por un jurado que aprobó sus obras.

Desde fines del año 2006 Yolanda FAE radica en Lima, Perú, donde ha instalado su propio estudio, lo cual le permite trabajar exclusivamente en le campo artístico. Durante estos años sus obras han estado presentes en diversas muestras individuales y colectivas a nivel internacional. En el Perú ya ha presentado muestras individuales tanto en el Salón "Felipe Cosio del Pomar" de la Biblioteca de la Municipalidad de San Isidro como en el prestigioso Museo “Pedro de Osma” de Barranco. En el año 2009 participó en concurrido y famoso  evento de Casa Cor Perú, donde se llevó el destacado premio del “Proyecto más osado”, gracias al original “Recibidor del Artista” creado por ella.  En el año 2012 tuvo otra exposición individual en la Galería de Arte Índigo en San Isidro. Actualmente tiene una muestra permanente en el local principal del Club Suizo en Miraflores, Lima Perú.
